The Meaty Details
Burger club returns! Following our inclusion in a New York Times feature, we've decided to get back into the glorious ground beef game, exploring the innovative Serbian take on a classic moo pie, featuring a patty of Balkan pork & beef pljeskavica topped with cabbage slaw, special sauce, and wrapped in a flatbread.
Come get back on the wagyu wagon with us, see you there my fine friends!

Not for burger die-hards, but certainly enjoyable. The toppings deserve a shoutout: high-quality tomatoes and the addition of cabbage. Seasoning was well-balanced and the texture was interesting, but in all fairness it does few more like a gyro than anything else.
Not the typical approach to a burger- it teeters the line between gyro and burger. That said, it is an extremely flavorful patty, with a delightful char to pork and beef blended meat. The whipped butter and roasted red pepper dips are also a delicious accompaniment. Definitely worth a try.
This is definitely an interesting and novel take on a burger - the meat blend has character, the toppings were fresh, and the sauces were delicious. The pita was excellent too. But ultimately it’s not transcendent, and while I appreciate trying to do something new, it doesn’t quite take me to a place beyond a regular burger. The fries were average, and the staff was lovely but the venue was very loud.
Overall, the restaurant is a total winner, important to note that the cevapi and dips are top shelf - get those instead of the burger!
Andrew really fine Burger should have been warmer.
A divergence from the classic burger with the pita encasing. The pita was great very fresh. Nice flavor w the patty, a bit dry but I think moisture may not be a goal here. Intentional dryness maybe and not in a bad way. A nice change of pace from the standard burger fare.
