I want more! It was close to Perfection, silky feeling to the bite, almost like eating fondue... AMAZING! I did not taste the black garlic sauce , and I did not miss it, or maybe the sauce was hidden well to enhance the cheese & meat flavor, I have no idea. What ever it was, please do not change. Great service & very friendly staff.

I will try to rate everytime with a song, so here is my first one “The First Bite Was the Deepest”

Where did my Foie Gras go?
And Did anyone taste truffle?
On the positive note, the texture of the meat was silky & I have never had that feeling/texture before, it was as if the meat was folded in itself , points for that. Overall good, did It drive me crazy? No
