It was pretty much meat and salt tastes, served medium well. It was a solid backyard barbecue set of flavors, don't get me wrong. I was disappointed, however, to detect neither the taste of the advertised carmelized onions (which I generally adore) nor the cheese (though that might have been where I found the heavy salt taste as much as it came from the seasoning.

The cheese was unnecessary. The PB was a surprisingly tasty topper, especially with apple rye whiskey to wash it down.
