Madcap Cafe's CGBG (Carroll Gardens Burger)

It was pretty much meat and salt tastes, served medium well. It was a solid backyard barbecue set of flavors, don't get me wrong. I was disappointed, however, to detect neither the taste of the advertised carmelized onions (which I generally adore) nor the cheese (though that might have been where I found the heavy salt taste as much as it came from the seasoning.

Very classic, had it twice 😬 first was peppery which I really liked, second was not so much but the cheddar was delightful

so sweet and delicious!! without being overwhelming! perfect for a summers night.
