I want more! It was close to Perfection, silky feeling to the bite, almost like eating fondue... AMAZING! I did not taste the black garlic sauce , and I did not miss it, or maybe the sauce was hidden well to enhance the cheese & meat flavor, I have no idea. What ever it was, please do not change. Great service & very friendly staff.

Amazing Franco-Italian-crafted American meal. Components of it blend as well as does Rimsky and Korsakov.

Delicious! The meat was perfectly cooked - accorinding to the manager, in the oven - and the toppings blended in nicely. The side of Brussels sprouts in lieu of fries were really tasty, as well. My only criticism is that I expected the aged cheddar to be more intense in flavor.

Eeverything felt sophisticated without being pretentious. Perfect with and without hangover!

Oui oui! There are not many life-changing burgers you’ll have in your life, but this is one of them. From the presentation to the melting cheese, every moment was a sumptuous burger journey. As a sides purest, who prefers French fries, I was even a fan of the Brussels sprouts, which were prettying effing great. As the French lady said, “this is a fucking good burger.” *chef’s kiss

This is a fantastic burger. The only thing I wished for was a little more flavor in the meat, but overall I was super happy. Hard to find a negative in this burger at all.

This is the highest rating I’ve ever given a burger, and I’m not apologizing. This is a singular glory of a burger. A masterpiece. A Manet mixed with a Monet covered in cheese and made magnificent. The harmoniousness is off the charts. Normally I’d dock the lack of fries, but the Brussels sprouts are a perfect accompaniment. Flawless. And Angelique is vraiment parfait, 10/10.
