The Meaty Details
Four chefs will gather 'round the Beefy Alter, each with his or her own creative, tantalizing slider recipe. But, as in the Highlander universe, there can be only one. At the end of the day, the votes shall be cast, the verdict laid down. There will be much gnashing of teeth and weeping from the losers, and one triumphant victor shall rise, sacred Golden Spatula in hand.
Tickets are $30, and that gets you all the sliders you can eat and all the beer you can drink. All proceeds from the event go to raising money for our Bike MS team, raising money to fight Multiple Sclerosis - the terrible disease my mother had.

I liked the texture with the addition of shrimp to the patty. Good flavor, and also good touch with the butter/vermouth brush on the buns before grilling them. Because the party was more complex, the toppings were better left simple. Could have had a tiny bit more of a kick in the remoulade, but then again I'm a hot sauce masochist.
Loved the sauce, but my patty was dry and the prawns gave it a rubbery texture.
This is the kind of a cheese on burger I can get behind
The shrimp was perfectly cooked and went really well with the burger. High marks for harmoniousness!
This is a very elegant building. The texture is lovely and there are many subtleties, but the shrimp dominate the totality of this bite. For those looking for a burger burger, this is not the burger for you
This was really creative. I loved the shrimp and Russian dressing. Great burger!
A bit over cooked but creative as hell and damn tasty
