While this is a delicious slab of meat goodness there's a lot of competing toppings keeping me from THE MEAT. It was tasty but it's steep climb to get to Peter Luger heaven. Above average for sure but in not gonna cry over it

I appreciate that Peter Lugers served limited toppings. They know they don't need to fuck around. As they say, the proof is in the beef. Also, put bacon on everything.

Pickle not so great. That burger tho. Oh god it was a religious experience. Post eaten depression has set in. The salt perfection, the perfect cook, that bun!

Andrew gets a 5/10 because he was on time and put together despite having a long night. But he is leaving for a month and there will be no burgers next month which is upsetting.

The first bites I was interested but there begins to be a strange aftertaste that's very bean like and off. The special sauce overwhelms the overall burger. It's ok. Andrew is much like that. His 10 minute tardiness was off putting and then he showed up with a reverse cardigan that was so confusing. Faye is the special sauce that compensates for Andrew's off putting bean bland flavor.

Faye spilled beer, serious deduction for ambiance.
