Adrian's "Bloody Beetnik" Burger

Very inventive and super tasty! I loved the texture of the hot beats in the meat. The first batch was over cooked but the second was baller.

Horseradish leaves a nice after taste. Delish

This was a bold and powerful first entry. Impressive in its inventiveness and the range of explosive flavors that powered into my mouth. Chasing it with a shot of beer vodka only amped up the glory. The only avenue of improvement would be lessening the heat of the horseradish, as it had a tendency to impose itself unnecessarily. Fantastic work.

Wow - the fresh dill! Some amazing ingredients in here. I can't say I have had a burger like this, in a good way. Side note: Andrew's hair has been on point for about 30 minutes but I don't see it lasting.

The spices reminded me of Andrew's sharp wit.
